About Sierra
My Story
I grew up in deep-red Texas, where politics wasn't an abstract conversation. It shaped schools, communities, and people's everyday lives. I started organizing at sixteen on Beto O'Rourke's 2018 Senate campaign, before I was even old enough to vote. What began as volunteering quickly became a career built around one belief: meaningful change happens through relationships.
That perspective continues to shape how I approach every campaign, advocacy effort, and organizing program.
What I Do
Today, I help campaigns, advocacy organizations, nonprofits, and public affairs teams build organizing programs that move people to action.
My work spans campaign strategy, field operations, volunteer leadership, coalition building, digital organizing, and communications. Whether launching a statewide field program or helping an organization strengthen its outreach strategy, I focus on building systems that create lasting impact.
My Approach
I don't believe organizing, communications, digital strategy, and operations should exist in separate silos.
Every volunteer conversation, social media post, coalition partnership, fundraising email, and voter interaction tells the same story. The strongest organizations create a consistent experience across every point of contact.
That's why my work focuses on connecting strategy with execution and building programs that continue creating value long after Election Day.
